About Us

Christoph Resmerowski is originally from Berlin, Germany and has resided in the United States since 1986. He and his family have lived in Texas and New York before coming to New Jersey.

Here in Ocean City he specializes in finding the best investments, especially investment properties with first-class net yields.

Christoph and his wife Young are “a pair” since 1982 and are proud parents of two sons.

Both Resmerowski' s are licensed with the New Jersey Board of Realtors. They work with Berger Realty of Ocean City, New Jersey, the oldest agency on the island, and certainly the most successful real estate company in the region.

Berger Realty started in 1920 and has today over 90 licensed real estate specialists under contract.

Berger Realty is member of the MLS and has unhindered entrance to all registered real estate in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
